Snowflake Summit 2019 Is About to Kick Off!

Registration is open from 7 a.m.–7 p.m. on each day of Summit. The registration desk is located on the second floor, outside of Basecamp, in the Continental Ballroom.

Plan ahead: Design your three-day agenda

Review the full list of Summit breakout sessions, hands-on labs, and theater sessions. There are over 120 sessions to choose from, so it’s worth your time today to preselect your sessions. Two options are available:

  • Access the Agenda Builder from the Summit website.
  • Download the mobile app and select your sessions there.

Mobile app instructions

  1. Download the mobile app by searching for “Snowflake Inc.” in your app store.
  2. Sign in using the name you used to register for Summit and enter the confirmation number you received afterwards via text or email.
  3. Click the Schedule icon.
  4. Add sessions to your agenda by clicking the plus button.

Plan ahead: Tuesday morning

Breakfast is served in Basecamp from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. Summit officially kicks off at 9 a.m. with a keynote presentation by Frank Slootman, Snowflake Chairman and CEO. Frank’s keynote is titled “Welcome Data Nation & The Snowflake Vision.”

At 9:45 a.m., Christian Kleinerman, Snowflake VP of Product Management, presents a keynote on Snowflake product innovation.

The closing keynote takes place at 4:30 p.m. Steven Levitt, American economist and coauthor of Freakonomics, will deliver a presentation titled “Think Like a Freak.”
