Snowflake Net Promoter Score Report 2018

To evaluate their progress, Snowflake recently launched a dedicated Customer Experience
(CX) initiative to ensure that customer experiences are driving their business strategy
and feedback is leveraged to drive continuous improvement.

This includes the launch of it’s first relational assessment which is aimed to get a
baseline measurement on the health of customer relationships and identify experiences
that are going well and areas where improvement is needed.
