DriveTime is a used-car retailer and finance company with more than 140 dealerships and 20 inspection centers in the U.S. Its loan servicing department has over 400,000 loans with a combined value in excess of $4.5 billion.
At DriveTime.com, customers can shop for vehicles, schedule an appointment with their local DriveTime dealership, and submit their information. DriveTime can then get their credit data and show them their down payment. Currently, DriveTime has collected information from more than 1.2 billion web events, which it analyzes to improve the customer experience.
